Responsibilities: • Perform daily operations of middle office activities, such as trade capture, trade confirmation, and trade settlement • Reconcile and investigate trade discrepancies • Monitor and maintain accurate records of all transactions • Liaise with external vendors, clients, and counterparties to ensure timely and accurate settlement • Respond to inquiries regarding trade processing and settlement • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field • Basic understanding of financial instruments, such as stocks, bonds, and derivatives • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills: • Knowledge of financial markets and trading systems • Experience in a financial services company • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively • Knowledge of financial regulations, such as Dodd-Frank and MiFID II
